Specifically designed to be a convenient, user-friendly
and powerful water department utility locator for valve
exercising, cleaning or resetting valve & meter box.
The trailer mounted utility valve exerciser is a multi
tools package. The onboard auxiliary hydraulic tool circuit
operates an 80lb jackhammer to remove pavement or concrete.
A hydraulic driven submergible pump removes water from
pits. The 3,500psi water loosens dirt, gravel & debris
from valve boxes & meter boxes. The 3” or 4”vacuum
wand removes dirt, gravel, rocks and debris from valve
boxes and meter boxes. Reset or clean valve boxes. Do
hydro-excavation or potholing in order to locate buried
utilities and do repairs to utilities.
A 12’ articulated boom arm with a powered utility
valve exerciser attached, is used to rotate, exercise
and test the condition and operability of buried utility
valves. The valve exerciser measures the torque required
to operate the valve, counts the revolutions need to both
open and close the valve.
